Reinhart Realtors Coat Drive: Keeping the Chelsea Community Warm
You can help give warmth this winter by donating new or gently used coats at one of the following locations now through Nov. 30. Children and adult coats of all sizes are needed. Please note that due COVID-19, the donation sites will be running on a modified schedule this fall, therefore, we recommend calling for hours before dropping off coats. You can drop donations off in the church lobby: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays: 8 am - 2 pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays: 8 am - 8 pm; Sundays: 8 am - 11:30 am.

Outreach and Missions
The staff at SRSLY (the local group that works on youth substance use prevention and mental health) has prepared a video presentation for our congregation. It is both a Thank You for our recent $25,000 Mission Tithe donation, and an information piece. You can see the video click HERE. It shows great care and sincerity in communicating with us about their plans for our gift.

Fun Fridays for Preschool – Fifth Grade, 2 - 4 pm
Weekly meetings for children where we listen to stories, play games, work on crafts, mission projects and most of all have FUN together. Space is limited due to our current COVID 19 situation and therefore we ask people to sign up, click HERE

Priceless Gifts Store (Jackson, MI) Drop off at church by December first
Every year the BLAST children help the Priceless Gift Toy Store in Jackson re-stocking their shelves by bringing GENTLY used toys to church that we take over to them. A designated table will be set in Grams Hall just for donations. You can drop it off at your earliest convenience: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays - 8 am – 2 pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays - 8 am – 8 pm; Sundays - 8 am - 11:30 am. Or you may call the office for arrangements.

Angel Tree Reimagined (Cass in Detroit) 
In the past, we have had a tree with children listed that we could shop for. The past few years we have done this but purchased boots. CASS has reimaged things for this year and will do it differently. Please click HERE for information to be a part of a child’s Christmas this year.

Christmas light tour & vote/pictures with Santa, sign up by December first
Driving around Chelsea at Christmas is a wonderful experience.  So many houses are decorated beautifully.  This year Chelsea First will be hosting an "outdoor home decoration contest" for members of our congregation.  If you are interested in decorating your home as part of the contest please sign up here by Monday, December first.
