MOPS Membership

CFUMC MOPS presently has 44 moms registered and 72 children in the MOPPETS program. Registration is $80 for a full year. We divide the payment into three installments:

• $20 in the spring that goes directly to MOPS International to cover individual memberships
• $30 in August/September
• $30 in January (local programming costs)

If you are interested in joining CFUMC MOPS, you may register by downloading our registration form [PDF]. The PDF registration form can be filled out electronically, then printed out and mailed as instructed; otherwise, simply print out and complete by hand and mail as instructed.
